People with disability are more likely to live in poor quality or insecure housing and in many cases do not have any choice to choose where they live.
I had the opportunity to catch up with Customer Engagement Manager of Inclusive Housing Australia (IHA) to talk inclusive housing.
IHA, a registered Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) under the NDIS, I was grateful to acknowledge the wonderful work of many to change this including purpose-driven organisations like IHA and Achieve Australia
They empower people with disability and give them the basic human right to have decent housing and live in the communities they choose to live in.More details on IHA and Achieve Australia below.
