Australia has picked up a first ever Para Rowing Gold Medal with Nikki Ayers and Jed Altschwager winning the Mixed Double Sculls on Day 4 of competition. Elsewhere Paralympic debutant Mali Lowell won a Bronze medal in the 200m while in the Pool there were 2 silver medals and a bronze.
Ned Hall runs through all the action from Day 4 and is joined by Gold medallist para-rower Nikki Ayers, and Paralympians Evan O'Hanlon, Carol Cooke and Katie Kelly.
